Situated in the heart of St Martin, on a secluded and generously sized plot, this derelict barn presents an exciting opportunity to create a new home. Planning permission has been granted for the conversion and extension of the existing building into a residential dwelling, offering an excellent foundation for an exciting development project. The property occupies a generous plot, entirely designated as domestic curtilage, and enjoys a private setting surrounded by mature trees.

The site benefits from a large lawned garden and an attractive, tree-lined private driveway with both in and out access, creating a sense of privacy and seclusion. There is also potential to further extend the proposed dwelling or, subject to the necessary planning permissions, relocate it within the plot to make the most of the setting.

For those seeking a smaller landholding, the barn is also available to purchase with a reduced plot. Please see the separate listing on our website, priced at £400,000. For further information or to arrange a viewing, please contact Livingroom on 715555.
