Annabelle has already settled into her role and become a valued and dynamic member of the Livingroom family. With a deep understanding of the island and a strong network within the local community, she brings the perfect balance of insight and experience to help both seasoned islanders and newcomers find their ideal homes.

Before joining Livingroom, Annabelle began her career in finance and corporate governance. This experience granted her the opportunity to refine her attention to detail and broaden her understanding of Guernsey’s economic context. These skills have seamlessly transferred to her current role, as she uses her analytical and client-centred approach to develop into a strong property negotiator.
