Similarly, they are value-driven decision makers. Younger buyers care about their experience in house buying, they want to believe and trust in the people they are buying from to ensure their values are aligned.

This increased attention to detail, market awareness and principle-driven approach suggests the importance of relationship building as an estate agent. They will have done their research and be hot on the new developments coming to the market, keen to establish close relationships with developers and estate agents alike.
